Dr. Kate W. Isaacs


Dr. Kate W. Isaacs is a scholar, teacher, and strategy advisor, and an expert in helping people and places to thrive. A Senior Lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management, her teaching and expertise focuses on inclusive innovation and human thriving. she helps organizations foster innovation through inclusive practices. With a PhD from MIT, and training in somatic psychology, she brings a unique perspective to executive development – particularly in harnessing the power of intuition and body awareness for decision-making. Her work on nimble leadership was featured in Harvard Business Review’s centennial collection, and she regularly advises global leaders on creating thriving workplaces. She is at work on her first book project, about the new science of instinct.
